There is a moment in another universe where our bodies express what they feel. In this space it is our unconscious who is expressing, but at the same time there are no symbols and archetypes, it’s our body, it’s just movement.
It’s in this movement when this powerful pulse appears, just expressing, exploding, telling more than the words can, chaos, something without control.
Catharsis! is the flow of the energy we keep inside for the good or for the bad, the energy that needs to be released, there is no explanation. It never has been needed, there’s no excuse because it’s there, there is no denying it because no one can control it.
In this universe is where the strength lies, this little microcosmos where our truth is saved, where Dionysius and Apollo await and bring us balance.
